Hireology & Predictive Index (PI) Refresher Training for Hiring Managers

This mandatory training session is required for all hiring managers and will cover important updates to our recruiting and hiring tools.

Participants will receive an overview of the redesigned Hireology platform, including key navigation changes, updated workflows, and best practices for managing candidates throughout the hiring process.

The session will also include a Predictive Index (PI) 101 refresher. Whether you’ve completed PI training in the past or are being introduced to the platform for the first time, this portion of the training will provide a foundational understanding of behavioral assessments, hiring insights, and how PI supports better hiring decisions.

As we continue efforts to streamline our recruiting technology and transition to PI’s newest platform, this training will help ensure all hiring managers are aligned on current tools and processes.
